At Glasio Eyewear, we want to ensure you love your sunglasses! While we don't offer full refunds, we're happy to facilitate an exchange for your unworn sunglasses.

Here's how it works:

  • Eligibility:
    • Sunglasses must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
  • Return Procedure:
    • Contact us at glasioeyewear@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.
    • We'll provide instructions for returning your sunglasses.
    • Please note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Damages & Issues:
    • If your sunglasses are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at glasioeyewear@gmail.com. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges:
    • Once we receive and approve your return, we'll issue you a store credit for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs). You can then use this credit towards a new pair of sunglasses!
